We are looking for a creative, innovative, and talented Marketing Executive to promote the business and leverage Social Media, Digital Marketing, offline marketing and branding strategies. The Marketing Executive shall ensure appropriate contents posted timely on proper media channels and shall comply with the company’s overall marketing and branding strategies. The Marketing Executive shall be working onsite Dubai office on a full time basis.
 
 
Your responsibilities: 
  • Increase brand awareness and reputation through various marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan and implement timely events and participations in expos, conferences, etc.
  • Organize monthly seminars and webinars.
  • Create attractive “out-of-the box” content in alignment with corporate branding.
  • Keep up-to-date on marketing innovations and opportunities for financial industry.
  • Manage company website, make sure that the content are updated and in line with corporate communication guidelines.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers and other suppliers to ensure cooperation in promotional activities.
  • Responsible for sponsorships and collaboration with various vendors and/or media/social media personalities i.e. influencers and speakers.
  • Measure and report performance of all offline campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
 
Skill sets/Experience we require:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Multilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Experience with events and exhibitions, printed materials, advertisement, and other offline marketing strategies.
  • Experience in handling suppliers & advertising agencies.
  • Creativity and ability to generate applicable ideas to achieve marketing goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and manages time wisely.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the marketing team.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
