We are looking for professional and well versed Customer Service Executive to provide excellent support to clients and collaborate with various teams to maintain customer satisfaction. The position shall be full time onsite Dubai office.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
  • Monitor clients’ transactions.
  • Assist customers with technical issues and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with the various department to prepare reports periodically.
  • Brainstorm with the team and generate creative ideas to add value to customer experience.
  • Adhere to all applicable company policies, procedures, business ethics codes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years experience in banking/financial industry
  • Polished communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • High degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive style.
  • Highly motivated with an exceptionally strong desire and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
