We are hiring a highly ethical and proficient Finance Manager to oversee and be in-charge of the organization's financial health. The Finance Manager shall be working onsite full time Dubai office and should be immediately available.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Department and lead the team, ensuring appropriate financial processes are executed and goals are met.
- Provide financial advice and insights to the Management to support sound decision-making and align financial activities with organizational goals.
- Identify and implement systems, polices and processes to improve financial monitoring, accountability and growth across the ICM.
- Ensure all financial records and reports are up to standard, updated and maintained regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance or related field, with international certification for Accountancy.
- A minimum of 8 years of accountancy/audit experience in forex/financial/investment industry.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Well versed in various accounting tools e.g. Tally, ERP, Quickbooks, etc.
- Highly organized, manages time wisely and is able to prioritize
